"Ka El Office" Ltd. is a company established in 2009, which managed to establish itself on the Bulgarian market in the field of advertising services, design, prepress and printing, souvenir advertising, activities related to presentations, promotions, conference services, connections with the public. The company created and imposed a separate brand - "Flair agency", with which it connects the "advertising, PR and souvenir advertising" services.

In 2013, Ka El Office Ltd. certified its activity with an ISO 9001:2008 quality certificate in the field of the organization of advertising campaigns, design of printed products, advertising materials, special events and PR services.

Over the past 10 years "Ka El Ofis" OOD /"Flair agency"/ has implemented a large number of projects with European funding in the field of advertising, information and publicity, as well as the organization of various public events. A large part of our clients are in the sphere of the public sector, such as: Ministries, Municipalities, Agencies, as well as corporate clients.
